Zoning & Building Analysis
We will provide a detailed analysis of how your site's existing condition and your proposed use/project conform to current zoning and building regulations. We will determine the applicable permits and/or studies (e.g., traffic analysis, stormwater plan, soil evaluation, parking, environmental review) you will need for your project and outline your path to approval.
Plan Review
Revising your plans in response to comments from your local jurisdiction costs you time and money. We offer a "second set of eyes" with our plan review service. Save time and money by streamlining your permit process. We'll review your site or building plans for conformance with zoning and basic code requirements. We can also provide advice on site layout and architectural design, and outline your path to approval.
Permitting Approvals
We work with the project team (developer, project sponsor, architect, engineer, contractor, etc.) to compile all applicable plans and handle the application submittal for all of your permits and approvals. We will work with the local jurisdiction and its boards or commissions (e.g., Planning Board, Zoning Board, Historic Commission, Conservation Commission) throughout the permit process to get your project approved.
