Or we can provide an advanced analysis of how your property's existing condition and your proposed project conform to current zoning and building regulations. We can also determine the applicable permits and plans/documents you will need for your project and outline your path to approval.

Plan Review. Revising your plans in response to comments from your local jurisdiction costs you time and money. Streamline your permit process with a "second set of eyes" on your plans before you submit your application for permit(s). We will review your plans for zoning compliance with your local jurisdiction. We will also conduct a review for basic building code compliance, and provide advice regarding site layout and architectural design.

Permitting Approvals. We will work with the project team (architect, surveyor, engineer, contractor, etc.) to compile all applicable plans and reports and handle the application submittal for all of your permits and approvals (e.g., special permit, variance, subdivision, building permits). We will work with the local jurisdiction and its boards or commissions (e.g., Planning Board, Zoning Board, Historic Commission, Conservation Commission) throughout the permit process to get your project approved.

Construction Oversight. Planning an addition or renovation of your home? We will assist in compiling and vetting the construction team and oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and your project specifications. We'll be there on your job site so you don't have to be.

Zoning and Code Violations. Have you been cited by your local jurisdiction for an unpermitted use, construction activity, or other zoning, building, or land use violation? We can represent you before the jurisdiction and local boards and commissions to correct your violation and bring your property into compliance.
